10 Types of Co Workers Integrated in Every Workplace (Unbelievably Accurate)
Your office isn't unique as you think.
It seems every workplace usually has these types of co workers: it's necessary for a balanced office! Can you spot yourself, and recognise some of your co workers?
The 10 Types of Co Workers in Every Workplace....
#1 The Meeting-Caller
"I think we need to call a meeting." It doesn't matter if we only need the input of two people, or the action plan is clear, they need to call a meeting. They love meetings – scheduling them, leading them, summarizing them. If something can be discussed, it warrants a meeting in their eyes, often leaving everyone else wondering when the actual work gets done.
#2 The Coffee Addict
Don't. Speak. To. Them. Before. They've. Had. Their. Morning. Coffee.
After that, then they can function. So long as it's decent coffee. No cheap coffee for this type of co worker.
#3 The Techie
They don't even have to be amazing with computers, they're just better than everyone else in the office. Sure, you could turn it off and on again, or you could immediately stop endeavouring to fix the problem, and call the tech-whiz.
#4 The Wanderer
Are they ever in their office? There's no point trying to phone them, they'll be walking around somewhere, in any office except their own. Keep your eyes on them if you think you'll need their presence at some point because, once found, they are bound to disappear... and who knows if they'll come wandering your way again?
#5 The Chatterbox
Such a friendly person who has lured you into a long conversation too many times. You might be halfway out the door, but they're still talking.
#6 The Ice-Cube
It doesn't matter if the country is in the middle of a heatwave, this co-worker will still be cold. They have the portable heater on, a blanket over their legs, and a hot water bottle pressed to their stomach. Oh, and they're usually sat right by the co-worker who is always boiling hot.
#7 The Planner
Work event? Birthday collection? It doesn't matter what it's for, we all know who will be organising it.
#8 Meals on Wheels
Arguably, the greatest co-worker to bless the building of every workplace. Arrives out-of-the blue with cakes or Greggs to share around. Protect this co-worker at all costs.
#9 Speedcar
You hear their car revving two minutes before the start of the shift, and in they stroll. Somehow, they made it to work on time again.
#10 Messy Chef
You always know when this co-worker was last in the kitchen. There's spilt milk, a screwed up tea-towel and a potent smell in the air.
#11 The Workaholic
First to arrive, last to leave, and always working through lunch. Their dedication is admirable, but their constant presence can be a bit intimidating (and make everyone else look bad).
Final Thoughts
With such a unique mix of personalities and roles, this diversity that can make the workplace an interesting and dynamic environment. When they're not the cause of our irritation, they're the only things getting us through some work days.
